We are a boutique communications agency led by daughters of Our mission is simple: To promote the revolutionary economic advancements taking place in the Caribbean by partnering with those inciting change through innovation and creativity.
I've always wanted to be an entrepreneur.
After several years at a national, award-
winning public affairs agency, and working
client-side at a top 15 global law firm, I made
the leap into entrepreneurship with the
launch of Birds of Paradise Public Relations.
By combining my passion for public relations
with my love for my culture and heritage, I
created a communications agency to help
businesses, organizations and individuals
throughout the Caribbean, and within the
diaspora, reach beyond their boundaries and
create open dialogues with their audiences.

When your baby sister tells you she's planning to
quit her well-paying job at one of the most
prominent corporate law firms in the world, to
start her own boutique pubic relations agency,
there are two things you could do: 1-try your best
to figuratively (or literally) knock some sense into
her; or 2- become her biggest cheerleader and
join her on her journey! Guess which option I
chose? I made it a priority to help Ruthie see her
dreams come to fruition, by signing on as her
business partner. As Co-Founder and Chief
Operating Officer, I oversee the daily operations
of Birds of Paradise Public Relations. My No.1
goal is to cultivate growth and eventually expand
the services provided by Birds of Paradise Public
Relations beyond the communications industry.
