WIK™ tempering machineSince its unveiling in 1946, the first Aastedplate temperer - a revolutionary development -has without doubt been the leading machinetype on the market. With the presentation ofthe Aasted AMKW tempering machine theAasted temperer, once again, distances itselffrom other plate temperers because of itsingenious, patented constructions with inte-grated crystallizing zone and low-energy watersystem. Thereby the tempering functionand the viscosity flexibility are greatly increased.

A further improvement has now been madewith the recently developed energy-saving platetemperer minimising the use of cooling waterand electricity by automatically adjusting itself tocapacity requirements.

The temperer is excellent, not only for chocolatewith all well-known fats such as cocoa butter,milk fat, CBEs and pure cocoa mass, but also

for masses with ingredients orfillings as well as for aerationof masses to reduce density.
