‘Anwesan’ is the research journal of the Department of Philosophy, Rajshahi University that publishes philosophical articles from home and abroad. Contributions to the journal may be in English or in Bengali and must be previously unpublished articles containing original research that have not been submitted for publication elsewhere. All submissions are subject to peer review and to edition by the Editorial Board. Articles accepted for publication have to be proof-read by contributors. The decision of the editorial board regarding publication is final and the copyright of published articles rests with the Department of Philosophy, University of Rajshahi. Letter of Acceptance is given only after an article is accepted finally.

Manuscripts submitted for publication must be in two copies, in neat and clear double-spaced typescript or electronic print-out on custom size (7.25 © © 9.7© ©) white sheets with margins of 1 © © on all sides and pages consecutively numbered. The manuscript should have a title-page with the title of the article and the author’s name, designation and contact with telephone & e-mail address. The title should also be placed on the first page of the text of the article. The author’s name or anything that may identify the author should not appear anywhere in the text paper. An abstract must be provided within 150 words at the beginning of the article. Notes and references in the text should be placed at the bottom of the page (footnotes).
