This manual will guide you through the process of installing your new model specific Neutrino LED Headlights

It is very important that you read this.

You will need the following tools

Torx screwdriver size T10 and T20

Gloves Pliers

Hardware parts included forthe Outlander Gen 2

2 x Headlight adaptor2 x Silicone o-rings4 x Plastic washers9 x Zip ties8 x Torx screws12 x Stainless springs1 x Neutrino sticker4 x Neutrino LED headlights1 x Halo harness2 x Hb3 to h11 adapter2 x 5mm plastic washers

Make sure that you clean your bike carefully especiallyaround the factory headlights to get off as much dirt aspossible to make the work easier. We also recommend thatyou clean all the factory parts you remove beforestarting installation of the new Neutrino LED headlights.Same procedure on both right and left side

The pictures shows an OE plastic front not installed on avehicle just to make it easier to see all the parts thathave to be removed and installed during the process.

Lets start the process!

Remove the OE contacts from the Halogen factory bulbsbefore starting removing the factory headlights. Markwich connector is high and low beam on the oe connectors.

Unscrew the OE plastic screws as the picture shows. NOTE these are being re-used later so do not throw them away.

LOW BEAM LIGHTS INSTALLATION

Two of the Neutrino LED lights is going to be installed in the OE low beam position. Choose wich 2 of the headlights you are going to use. It doesn’nt matter which of the 4 lights you decide to use.

Make sure that you dont forget to in-stall the plastic washers like the picture below shows. The plastic wash-ers are support for the aluminium tabs

Install the plstic adapters like the picture shows on 2 of the Neutrino lights. Be careful and double check the position of the plastic adaptors and use an T10 Torx tool/screwdriver and do NOT over tighten them.

Install the silicone o-rings like the picture below shows in the groove on both low beam lights.

IT’S CRUCIAL TO DO THIS ON 2 OF THE NEUTRINO LED LIGHTS AND USE BOTHADAPTORS AS WELL THE PLASTIC WASHER AND O-RING ON BOTH LIGHTS

Now it’s time to install the low beam lights in the oe plastic fra-me. Same procedure on left and right side.

Use the stainless springs that was included with the hardware parts and replace the OE springs with these. The springs are installed like the picture to the right.

Now it’s time to install the low beam lights in the oe plastic fra-me. Same procedure on left and right side.

Tighten the adjustment screws un-til you get a small gap between the front plastics and the Silico-ne o-ring.

Leave some space foradjustment.

HIGH BEAM INSTALLATION

Now its time to install the high beam. Same procedure here with the adjustment screws and springs (no plastic washer is used) on the high beams. NOTE NO O-RING OR PLASTIC WAS-HER IS USED ON THE HIGH BEAM

You have 3 screw holes for the high beams in the light frame. NOTE you only use 3 holes in the light.

Install the Neutrino light like the picture shows. Same thing here leave some room for adjustments of the light beam angle (if neccesa-ry).

You are now done with the instal-lation of the Neutrino lights on the left side.

Do the same procedure on the right side.

HALO HARNESS INSTALLATION

Next step is to install the halo harness cable . We are using the 12v+ from the lighter socket on the vehicle. Not from the actual socket but from the backside where the ca-bles are attached to the socket. On the outlander you have to remove the left side plastic panel. The plastic panel on the left inner fender, the plastic gauge pod as well the gauge to get access to the cables. Use the faston adapterson the harness like the picture shows to get 12v+to the halo harness

Use the faston adapters on the harness like the pictu-re shows to get 12V+ to the halo harness Leave some spa-ce for adjustment.

Use the zip ties when you route the cables from the lightersocket attach them to the Deutsch connectors on the head-lights. Make sure that no cables is in harms way for moving parts.

The Deutsch connectors is the same on all 4 lights it does not matter which one you choose to connect to which headligh but they are paired with the correct cable lenghts for each side.

Use the HB3 TO H11 Adapter for the low beam on the Outlander it fits on the factory low beam connector. Same thing on both right and leftside

Make sure to be careful with the cables and harness around the headlights and use the zip ties to fasten them and se-cure them. Same thing with the halo harness route it in a good way and use zip ties to secure cables and connectors.

For the use of only the ha-los turn the ignition to this

For the use of the halos + low or halos low & high beam turn the key like this
