If we want to address the wicked problem of having a resilient economic world, we must ensure we find and build work for the people within each region. ◦ The equality problem isn’t just women and men, it’s an economic equality
problem, the color of our skin is a variable. Being poor should never be a conviction or life sentence
A poor person “has more to prove and far more chance of being loyal” these are survival skills
A poor person has far more chance of being adaptable and able to deal with difficult situations, it’s a life skill.
