With Tracpoint installed you are able to press the panic button. This activates an alert at the organisation HQ and they are able to see your GPS co-ordinates.
This allows HQ to dispatch a rescue unit to your location.
The rescue unit are able to bring the personnel back safely.

A tracking box (hardware) is fitted on your asset.
Satellite or cellular network: The device gathers information such as its position, speed, heading and other data using GPS, sensors and other accessories.
The data is transmitted to the tracpoint servers over cellular or satellite network.
The tracpoint server installation is kept at a secure managed facility with 100% network uptime guarantee.
A firewall is there to protect all the data. Our servers store and process the data and make it available through the tracpoint web application and other channels.

• The starting point is the fleet log: a module within the proprietary software system. This allows all vehicles in a fleet to be profiled, recording information such as registration, chassis number and service intervals. It is designed to facilitate efficient maintenance planning, with reports and reminder alerts when service is due, minimising the risk of vehicle breakdown •
• Software is available in the following languages:Manage as many assets as you want. These can either be tracked (hardware fitted) or untracked.

You work in remote areas. Once you lose the GPRS network, the unit switches

TRACPOINTQUICK FIT
For a non-permanent installation i.e. rental car/evaluation assessment mission, this unit
can simply be plugged into the cigarette ligther. This works on a GPRS coverage.
