M/s LMP Precision Engineering Co. Pvt. Ltd., Bilimora is one of the leading manufacturer and exporter of Water Well Drilling Rigs, Blast Hole Drills, Vertical Turbine Pumps,

Mud Pumps and allied accessories & spares thereof in India.

LMP is a pioneer in manufacturing Water Well Drilling Rigs in India. LMP developed a first Water Well Drilling Rig viz: DR-1500 Direct Rotary Drilling Rig in the year 1955 and

this drill was inaugurated by the then Prime Minister , the Late Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru.

The company was awarded by the then acting president of India Shri. B.D.Jati, late Shri Morarji Desai and late Smt. Indira Gandhi- the then prime minister of India also visited LMP

in the year 1969 and 1971 respectively.

This has been our battle cry and our commitment. A commitment which has produced a host of models for different applications and our efforts to fulfill

this commitment has made LMP to grow from a tiny smithy's shop to the largest manufacturer of drilling rigs. The models spans the field of mining, exploration, irrigation and drinking water.

3000ft.Upto24”dia hole by reaming.

Choice of 5 models of mud pumps to give various combination

of volume and pressure to produce optimum bailing velocity.

Drills available with chain /cylinder pull down with 20ft single pass

drilling. Chain pull down enables operator to overcome

compressive strength of the rock in the initial phase of drilling

when drill string weight is not available

Like all LMP rigs, direct circulation rotary rigs have a deck layout

with plenty of elbow room for carrying out maintenance and field

repair.

LMP direct circulation rotary rigs are suitable for geophysical, water

well and exploratory drilling application.

Power unit is the truck engine alternatively a water cooled diesel

engine.

Mechanical screw jacks come as standard and hydraulic jacks

come as optional for easy leveling.

Transmission consist of 5 forward and 1 reverse speed alternatively

available with variable speed hydraulic drive.

Pneumatically operated controls comes as optional.

Specially designed hydraulic winches operated by

joystick for finger touch operation are also available.

LMP DTH drills are all hydraulic drills with top drive head.

Models available are DTH 300, DTH 350, DTH 500 and

ROTAHAM 1000 for drilling 4”-12” dia holes in hard and

abrasive formations.

Choice of compressors are available for 100 psig, 150 psig,

200 psig, 250 psig or 300 psig operation.

Choice of mounting 4x2, 4x4, 6x4 or 6x6 Truck chassis.

Multiple rod handling system with auto indexing rod loader

available all DTH drills alternately single rod loader winch.

Impellers designed to achieve higher mano metric efficiency and to minimize

The bowl and the impeller assembly have a special 4 way sealing feature

Special labyrinth bushing system prevents premature damage of the gland

packing on account of excessive water pressure

LMP turbine pumps are adaptable to any type of prime mover and driving
