• Special Orders: If we don’t have something you need or want,we’ll do our best to get it for you.

• Delivery: From our door to yours, there is no order too bigor too small.

• Loading: From beginning to end, let us load your merchandiseon your cart, to the register, and into your vehicle. Boxes andliners are available for your convenience.

• Diagnosis: Not sure what’s wrong? Bring in a sample of theinsect or diseased plant and let us help you find the answer.Please place samples in a plastic bag.

Nick’s Delivery ServiceDelivery Charge in Aurora is $95.00, $105.00just outside of Aurora. Special quote otherwise.Delivery charges are subject to change due to increases in fuel.All prices are subject to change without notice and are based on supply and demand.

We will gladly help with your measurements, but the choice on the total amountis left to you. We are not responsible for over calculations or estimations.Rock is a product of nature and therefore color varies.

Nick’s Delivery Service Guidelines• For bulk mulch, rock, soils, etc: We will dump in your drive-way, either the left side or right side; any other dump locationis at the discretion of the driver and you must be present forany exceptions.

• For pavers, wall block, moss rock, flagstone, and otherpalletized items: We will only place the pallets or items in yourdriveway; any other placement is at the discretion of the driverand you must be present for any exceptions.

• “X” Marks The Spot: You do not have to be home for yourdelivery. We encourage you to mark your driveway with chalkor masking tape as to where you would like your materialplaced or dumped if you are not going to be home on yourscheduled delivery date.

• Fountains: We will deliver your fountain to your driveway.For an extra fee we can set up fountains. We charge dependingon how much man power is needed.

• Time: Everyday our trucks run until all scheduled deliveriesare completed. We can give you an approximate time for yourindividual delivery. However we cannot guarantee the time asthere are too many variables that influence the delivery and arebeyond our control. We will provide you with a two hourdelivery window.
