Injection Blow Moulding Machine
14th June 2007, IPI – Mumbai
IBS ProcessInjection:
Resin is injected by the horizontal reciprocating screw into the preform cavity of the injection mould.Blow:After indexing 120° counter-clockwise of the blow mold, the mold closes. The neck finish is held while parison is blown to final container shape
Ejection:
Core rods are indexed 120° with the blown bottles. The stripper bar removes the finished container.
