Adjustable Slide SystemTechnical

The outer slide is the first element of the slide unit.You determine the length of the outer slide.

The inner slide is the guide holder and the second element of an adjustable slide system.In addition there are two high quality guide shafts, made of V2A. Surface hardened guide surfaces ensure high load ratings and favourable friction values. The length of the inner slide is determined by you, as is the case with the outer slide. The length difference between the inner and outer slides give the stroke.Inductive switches can be easily installed from a slide width of 80 mm or more.

The low-play drive is provided by a precise steel leadscrew, made of V2A, with preloaded plastic nut installed in ball bearings in an end plate.The pitches are:DOMI30 = 0.5 mm DOMI50 = 1 mmDOMI80 = 1 or 2 mm DOMI120 = 1 or 2 mmExact positioning is performed with an adjustment knob which has a 0.05 mm scale. If you require a simpler solution, the leadscrew can be omitted. The outer slide is positioned manually and fixed to a clamping lever.

The connecting sets with special clamping technology are required in each case to connect to the DOMI adjustment slides.The fastening set is needed to fasten the adjustment slide to its mounting surface.
