A Letter of Complaint 123 Fake Street Norwich NOA N245 Kenneth Goetze Restaurant Manager Arnold's Pizza Emporium Norwich Dear Mr Goetze Unfortunately, I feel I have to make a written complaint about the service in your restaurant that I experienced last Wednesday. This is the 14th time I have dined in your restaurant, and each time I have been there it has been so terrible that I have promised myself I would never return. I am sure that next time I go it will be the same. The first waiter to take our order was aggressive and rude. He could not hear our order properly because he was listening to music on his iPod and singing to himself. He was leaning against a wall in the lobby area - not even inside the restaurant! - and he did not visit our table once all evening. We had to go to him, at which point he gave us the excuse that he doesn't even work in the restaurant, and then told us to leave him alone. I was furious! Back inside the restaurant, someone finally came to take our order. I was in the mood for curry but was told - in no uncertain terms – that “curry is more the kind of thing you would get in an Indian restaurant rather than a pizzeria”. Unbelievable! My wife and I reluctantly agreed to order pizzas for our dinner because that's all you have on your very limited menu (by the way, neither of us actually like pizza!), hoping that we could eat them without further problems. Of course we could not, however, because the waitress mixed up our margaritas when she brought them to our table. Because they were identical, there was no way I could tell which was mine and which was hers. Disaster. The whole evening ended in a big argument between my wife – who is about to start divorce proceedings – and I. Thank you very much!*
