An insertion point is a vertical blinking bar where text is placed.

Click the Properties button and then click Advanced Properties
On the General tab, click the Statistics tab then click the Summary tab. Here you can add information then click OK.
On Backstage view, notice the Permissions category. The presentation is not restricted.
