Model310FiberOpticRotaryJointTheFO310isasealedsingle-passfiberopticrotaryjoint(FORJ)whichisfactoryconfiguredtotransferopticalsignalsovereithersinglemodeormultimodefiber.TheFO310supportsbothanalogand digital optical signals, and is specially suited for sensitivesingle-pass optical sensing applications where optical insertion lossandbackreflectionmustbeoptimized.
Model300FiberOpticRotaryJointTheFO300isamulti-passfiberopticrotaryjoint(FORJ).Itallowsthe transfer of optical signals across a rotational interface and is passiveandbidirectional.Theunitcanbeconfiguredwithamixofsinglemodeormultimodepassesandisavailablein3versionssupportingchannelcountsupto17(version“A”),31(version“B”),and52(version“C”)separatechannels.Pressurecompensatedunitsarealsoavailable.

Model810FluidRotaryUnionThe Model 810 fluid rotary union is designed for industrialapplicationswheremultiplefluidpassesneedtobetransferredacross a rotational interface. There are various standarddesigns, depending on the application. Can be used totransfer air, oil, hydraulic fluid, water or various other fluids.It is available as a standalone FRU or can be combinedwithan electrical slip ring or a fiber optic rotary joint. The Model810 FRU has a large variety of designs, with many different configurationsandsizes.
Model200HybridFluidRotaryUnionTheModel 200 is amulti-pass fluid rotaryunion combinedwithanelectricslip ringandcanalso includeaMoogfiberoptic rotary joint. The FRU portion is typically configuredwith up to 13 passes, inter-port mixing is preventedthrough the use of double seals and an intermediate ventbetweenpasses.Itisavailableinseveralstandardportconfigurationsortypes.Itisavailablewiththestandardsealtechnologyorwithalowleakagesealoption.
Moogcanuseexistingcommercialoff-the-shelfproductstodeliveracompleterotaryinterface.Often,amorecomprehensiverotaryinterfaceisrequired,consistingofanelectricalslipring,fiberopticrotaryjoint,resolver,motor,servodriveelectronics,RFjointandmultiplexers.Theserotaryinterfacesolutionscanbeprovidedtomeetuniqueenvironmentalrequirements,fromdeepspace tokilometersbelow theoceansurface.
