Below are a number of exciting hotels that were reserved specifically on behalf of the participants at the ICA conference. Please note that more flexible cancellation policies and affordable room rates have been negotiated on behalf of the ICA members. We will gladly supply you with more options or go online wwww.myplanner.co.za/ica/accommodation if the hotels stipulated below do not suit your budget or needs.

Hotel rates will increase due to demand as per the “booking period” in the table below each hotel. Book early to get the best deal.

ONLINE BOOKING: Bookings can be made online on www.myplanner.co.za/ica/accommodation. This is the easiest, quickest and most secure way to confirm your accommodation.

MANUAL BOOKING BY FAX OR EMAIL: You can also make a booking by completing the Booking Form at the end of this brochure following the steps below:
