Also on ground level, Encore Karaoke, with its comfortable lounge and suites, is the ideal place to entertain. Adjacent to London Inn is Zing bakery and patisserie, an intimate eatery specialising in delicious cakes, patisseries, and speciality coffees either to enjoy in indoor comfort or to take away.

The region’s largest convention and meeting complex means that the hotel is the leading venue for all types of events, from conferences or exhibitions that can house up to 30 booths through to gigantic cocktail receptions and weddings. The complex spans more than 4,000 square metres and is home to several function rooms, an elegant ballroom and the Khon Kaen Hall with a maximum capacity of 2,000 guests seated theatre-style and which is divisible into three sections of approximately equal size. The hall is on the Lobby floor and opens onto the gardens and the pool area, offering an additional space for cocktail receptions. The Prachasamosorn Ballroom holds up to 650 guests for cocktails or seated in a theatre configuration, and can be divided into two spaces. A further six meeting rooms are available, with capacities ranging from 54 to 120 people. Experienced events planners are on hand to provide organisational support.
