certified, on CNC Lathes and CNC Milling machines up to a accuracy of max 20 Microns and Minimum 10 microns based on requirement. - Minimum order quantity 40-50 pieces.

2. Accurate grinding of shafts and housings up to 10 micron. 3. Aluminum Casting in LM25, HE30 etc. - Minimum order

quantity - 100 pieces. 4. Aluminum forging in LM25, HE30 etc.- Minimum order

quantity - 100 pieces 5. Steel Forging in EN8, EN9, EN19, EN36, SS304 ETC -

Minimum order quantity - 500 pieces. 6. Gear Cutting and grinding, heat treatment etc. - Minimum

order quantity - 50 pieces. 7. Investment Casting or Hot wax casting for lower strength

requirement in components. Available in ferrous and Non-ferous metals. - minimum order quantity - 200 pieces.

Able to process parts data from 3D cad files, 2D drawings, or create 3D data from physical samples. We would provide a quote for tooling after analysis of component and process required. Production would be undertaken after Sample approval and sign off. Forging and Casting of components can be supplied as raw components or CNC machined and finished.
