Introduction Indonesia has experienced constructing three

research reactors and performing various Pre-Feasibility Studies for the preparation of firstnuclear power plant.

One of the benefit for constructing NuclearPower Plant in developing countries likeIndonesia include local industrial participationor involvement that could provide positive

social impact to industry and public. This presentation provide information

regarding Indonesian experiences inestimating local industrial participation and

    supply chains.

Conclusion Indonesia has already identify industries that

fulfill criteria to participate on civil

construction of new nuclear Power Plant

since they have experiences to buildconventional power plant and

    implemented national and international

    code and standard.

Depend on the national nuclear energypolicy, the participation of local industries

could increase with the increase of number

    of NPP construction.
