Definitions

• Traditional course: meets 2.5 hours per week, two or three times per week for 16 weeks– 37.5 hours of seat time

• 8-week course: meets 4 hours, once per week for 8 weeks– 32 hours of seat time– 3 ten minute breaks => 28 hours of seat time
