LOCATIONMuswell Hill is an affluent suburb situated approximately 9.5 km (6 miles) north of Central London. The surrounding area is predominantly characterised by Edwardian terraced houses. The site fronts Donovan Avenue, is bound to the east and west by the terraced houses of Donovan Avenue and to the south by the gardens of the detached residential houses of Palace Court Gardens.
