MAC5-Mega Articulated Truck Tank Kit Mega Corp. offers our MAC5
tank kit for Cat 725 in a stock configuration for immediate
delivery. The tank is partially
assembled with everything possible installed. The remainder of
the kit parts are shipped in a sturdy sealed steel crate. The tank
kit includes detailed, bound manuals, drawings and schematics for
installation, operation and service. Installation assistance from
our Product Support team via phone, e-mail, and internet are
included at no charge. On-site installation assistance is available
for a nominal charge.
a. Mega Anti Surge Stabilization System (MASS)– The heart of all
Genuine Mega tanks is our unsurpassed baffling system that provides
for superior load stability and long tank life.
b. Mega Water Cannon– Specially designed for the severe duty
service of heavy equipment. Our Mega water cannons feature
stainless steel waterways and a rugged cylindrical bearing,
permanently lubricated joint design for long life. Specialty
adjustable nozzles for equipment washing, fan spray, and fire
suppression are available. c. Mega Cab Control– Individual control
of all spray heads, valves and water pump. Also includes built in
LED-type water level gauge and joystick water cannon control. d.
Genuine Mega Spray Heads– Fully adjustable for direction and
volume, our hydraulically actuated valve and nozzle combination
forms an even, efficient application of water where you want
it.
e. Mega M3 Water Pump– Our heavy duty direct motor mount pump
features heavy shaft and bearing set as well as rope packing shaft
seal for economical and easy service.
f. Hydraulic Oil Cooler– Mega MAC 5 kits include an oil cooler
to permit extended water pump operation.
g. Mega Spray Control System– Our heavy duty, easily
serviceable, hydraulic spray control system is housed in a weather
tight cabinet.
