Electronic Submissions should be sent in MS Word format to:

Article Types for Submission: All submitted formatted full-text articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Two types of articles should be submitted to the conference;

(a) Regular Research Articles: These articles should describe new and carefully confirmed findings, and experimental procedures should be given in sufficient detail for others to verify the work. The length of a full text article should be the minimum required to describe and interpret the work clearly. Regular Research Articles are 6 to 10 printed pages in length.

(b) Short Research Communications: A short communication article is suitable for recording the results of complete small investigations or giving details of new models or hypotheses, innovative methods, techniques or apparatus. The style of main sections need not conform to that of full-length papers. Short communications are 4 to 6 printed pages in length.

(c) Research Poster Articles: These articles should describe new and carefully confirmed findings, and experimental procedures should be given in sufficient detail for others to verify the work. The length of a full text article should be the minimum required to describe and interpret the work clearly. Research Poster Articles are 4 to 6 printed pages in length.

Peer Review Process: All manuscripts are subject to peer-review and are expected to meet the scientific criteria of significance and academic excellence. Submissions will be considered by an associate editor and—if not rejected right away—by peer-reviewers, whose identities will remain anonymous to the authors.

Manuscript Format and Style (Writing Guide): When submitting manuscripts for potential publication in the conference proceedings, please submit an original editable file in one of the (.doc) style files. All figures, images, tables, etc., should be embedded into the original file. All submitted full text articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference proceedings should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Abstract: The manuscript should contain an abstract. The abstract should be self-contained and citation-free and should not exceed 150-200 words.

Keywords: Add about four key words or phrases in alphabetical order, separated by commas.

Introduction: This section should be succinct, with no subheadings.

Acknowledgments: All acknowledgments (if any) should be included at the very end of the manuscript before the references and may include supporting grants, presentations, and so forth.

References: Authors are responsible for ensuring that the information in each reference is complete and accurate. All references must be numbered consecutively and citations of references in text should be identified using numbers in square brackets (e.g., “as discussed by Smith [9]”; “as discussed elsewhere [9, 10]”). All references should be cited within the text; otherwise, these references will be automatically removed.

Preparation of Figures: Each figure should be embedded in the electronic manuscript file. All figures should be cited in the manuscript in a consecutive order. Each figure is subject to resizing to fit into the column's width of or the full text width for consistency and clarity. The labels of the figures are also subject to resizing to be of minimum 9pt according to conferences in-house specifications.

Preparation of Tables: Tables should be cited consecutively in the text. Every table must have a descriptive title and if numerical measurements are given, the units should be included in the column heading. Vertical rules should not be used.

Proofs: Corrected proofs must be returned to the publisher within 2-3 days of receipt. The publisher will do everything possible to ensure prompt publication. It will therefore be appreciated if the manuscripts and figures conform from the outset to the style of the conference.
