In order to register, your account must be in good standing, meaning you are current on your statement or have a payment plan set up. If you need to set up a payment plan please call the office at 301-593-0996.
To register for seats please follow these steps: 1. Log into www.kmsynagogue.org 2. Click on “Register Here” underneath the 5778-High Holiday Seating
heading at the top of the home page. 3. Follow the prompts to make your selections
Requests will be subject to a $30/seat late fee and will be seated based on availability.
Registration will close August 21 to allow for the seating chart to be
completed before Rosh Hashanah.

Rabbi Weinberg will be away for the second part of his vacation from August 7-August 20. He will not be replying to emails or calls during this time unless it is an emergency. DAILY MINYAN REMINDER
With many of our daily minyan attendees heading to their summer vaca-tions, we have had some difficulty with our early morning weekday minya-nim. It is important that, as a shul, we maintain a strong daily minyan not only because of the need of our members saying kaddish, but also for the sake of maintaining the strength of our community. We encourage all our members to make an effort to attend daily minyan more often than they regularly do.

Condolences to our members Michael Lauer & Robin Avery on the loss of Michael’s mother, Stephanie Lauer, Devorah bat Meir, z”l.
Condolences to our members Richard & Sarah Dine on the loss of Rich-ard’s father, Dr. Mark Dine, Maneh Shelomo ben Hanoch Hakohen v'Riv-ka, z”l. The funeral will be on Friday at 11:00 am, Sol Levisohn & Broth-ers Funeral Home, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD, followed by burial at Bnai Israel Cemetery, 3701 Southern Avenue, Baltimore, Mary-land 21206. Shiva will begin following the burial at 809 Lamberton Drive. Minyan times are consistent with KMS times. The Dines ask for no visi-tors between noon - 1PM, 6:00 - 7:00PM, after 10PM.
The Cheryl Stern, z”l Shabbat Shiur for Women will take place at KMS this Shabbat at 6:00 pm (please note the time change). Kevin Babitz will speak about Post-Modernism and Chassidut: Rav Shagar’s Answer to the Social Orthodox and Off-The-Derech Phenomena.

YOUTH NEWS There WILL NOT be a Youth Minyan this Shabbat. Rabbi Moshe Mittelman will join us NEXT Shabbat, August 26 for our regular minyan.
Shabbat Afternoon, 7:00pm in the Beit Midrash: Back From Israel Youth Shiur Series, this week’s speaker is Josh Kotz, returning from Mevaseret, speaking on The Halachic View of Abortion. All high schoolers, college students, and parents are welcome.
