Dear Sirs,

Herceg Novi is the old city born in 1382, at the entrance to the deepest and most beautiful bay of the Mediterranean and the southern fjord in Europe, under Orijen, the highest mountain on the Adriatic (1895m.).

II. HOW TO GET TO HERCEG NOVI / BAOSICI

1. By road: Along the Adriatic Highway (Jadranska magistrala) from the direction of Trieste,Vienna, Ljubljana, Rijeka, Split and Dubrovnik (Croatian State Route D8) and further south toIgalo . From Tirana (AL) Skadar (AL) Ulcinj, Bara, Budve and Tivta, ferry Kamenari - Lepetani youcome to Herceg Novi and Igalo.

2. By air:airports: Tivat (10 km), Podgorica (80 km), Ćilipi – Dubrovnik (CRO) (45 km).

3. By sea: Ferry lines Ancona-Dubrovnik (60 km).

III. TRANSFERS

Upon duly received request, the Organiser will provide transfers by coach or van from/to the airports of Tivat, Podgorica and Dubrovnik, as well as from/to the Port of Dubrovnik.

IV. INSURANCE

The Organiser undertakes to insure ALL the participants in the Championship against accidents and death, with the relevant state insurance agency, at its own expense.

V. ANTI-DOPING CONTROL

The Organiser would like to remind all the participants/ competitors that the participation in the Championship implicitly includes the acceptance of ALL the sports anti-doping rules of WADA. During the competition, anti-doping test will be organised by Montenegro Federation.

VI. VISAS

No visas are required for visitors granted visas for EU countries, the U.S.A. or if their country is on the Shengen list, in which case a valid passport is sufficient to produce the border crossing. Visitors from

other countries are advised to contact the nearest Montenegrin Consular representative.

VII. STATE FLAG AND ANTHEM

National organisations are responsible for supplying the Organiser with at least one (preferably two) flag of their country, of the prescribed size, as well as a CD with their national anthem.

VIII. MEDALS AND OTHER RECOGNITIONS

The winners will be given medals – gold silver and bronze – by FIPS-M, while the Organiser will offer cups and other commemorative awards.

IX. MEANS OF PAYMENT (CURRENCY)

The currency in use is EURO, but payments could be made in other valid convertible currencies (through exchange in banks or exchange offices for Euro), or by American Express, Master, Diners or Visa cards.

ANGLING SITES

Famous Gulf of Kotor fjord-with depths ranging from 25 do 100 m in fishing zones has chosen for this competitions. The sea bottom is mostly sandy, rocky places, rich in fish. The temperature and weather:

• The average annual temperature is 16.2 C, mean the period May-September 25 C.• The average summer temperature of sea water is 22-26 C.• Salinity was 38%. Annual average rainfall - 1930 mm/m3.• Relative humidity - summer: 63%, in winter - up to 80%.• Characteristic winds: breeze (west - blowing in the summer), bora (north - winter), a

broad and south (south winds).

HOTEL “IBEROSTAR **** - PARK” - BIJELA

Bijela is a small town in the municipality of Herceg Novi on the road between Kamenari and Herceg Novi. It is 8 km far away from the city center.

Throughout history, Bijela was a famous fishing village with inhabitants who were engaged in vine culture and olive growing. It is best known for its shipbuilding tradition.

Iberostar hotel Park 4 * is located in the Bay of Kotor, Bijela - Herceg Novi, by the sea. Tivat Airport is 12 km from Hotel Park.

ESSENTIAL ANTI-DOPING ADVICE

Athletes are reminded if they take any medication they must check it against the WADA

Prohibited Substance & Methods list.

Particular attention must be paid to the use of anti- hypertensive agents, especially diuretics,

which are popular in singular preparation and/or in a combination with other normally

permitted drugs.

Diuretics are always forbidden.

For these reasons, it is necessary for every athlete or National Federation to check the list for

prohibited substances and process a TUE as necessary. The Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE)

must be granted before taking a prohibited medication.

An application for a TUE must be requested 30 days before taking part in the championships.

The application forms must be filled in carefully with your physician/doctor who must

authorise the application. A physician’s certificate or prescription on its own does not mean

that the athlete has permission to use the prohibited substance or method.

The application should be completed either in English or French and sent directly to the office

of the CIPS President.

RECOMMANDATIONS CLÉS EN MATIÈRE DE LUTTE CONTRE LE DOPAGE

Les sportifs qui prennent des médicaments sont tenus de vérifier si ceux-ci figurent sur la liste des

substances et méthodes interdites par l'AMA.

Des précautions particulières doivent être prises lors de la prise d'antihypertenseurs, en particulier

de diurétiques, qui sont disponibles à la fois comme préparations individuelles et en association avec

d'autres médicaments normalement autorisés. Les diurétiques sont toujours interdits.

Pour ces raisons, chaque athlète ou fédération nationale doit vérifier la liste des substances interdites

et, si nécessaire, demander une autorisation d’usage à des fins thérapeutiques (TUE). L'exemption

pour usage thérapeutique doit être accordée avant de prendre une substance interdite.

L’autorisation d’usage à des fins thérapeutiques doit être soumise 30 jours avant la participation aux

championnats. Les formulaires de demande doivent être remplis avec soin et avec la permission de

votre médecin. Le certificat ou l'ordonnance d'un médecin n'autorise pas en soi l'athlète à utiliser la

substance ou la méthode interdite.

La demande doit être remplie en français ou en anglais et envoyée directement au bureau du

président de la CIPS.
