ThisTradequipHydraulicScissorLiftTable/Trolleyiswidelyusedasascissorlifttabletotransport parts and materials around the workshop. This scissor lift trolley can bemanuallypumpedtotherequiredheightthroughitshydraulicfootpumpmechanism.Thefootpumpraisesandlowerstheplatformusingasinglescissorliftandhydrauliccylinder.Inaddition,theTradequip6007Tcanbeusedasaconvenientmobileworkbenchsoyoucanworkatdifferentheightstoreducetheriskofinjury.

Donotuseifbroken,bent,crackedordamagedpartsarenoted.AnyHydraulicScissorLiftTablethatappearsdamagedinanyway,oroperatesabnormallyshallberemovedfromserviceimmediately.

areplacementcopy.• IfanyWARNING/CAUTIONdecalsarelostorbecomeunreadablepleasecontact

DailyInspection

• CAUTION-DONOTusethescissorlifttableifanymalfunctionisfound.• Thoroughlyinspectforscratches,bentpartsorcracking.• Checkifthereisanyoilleakagefromthecylinder. • Checktheverticalcreepofthetable.• Checkthesmoothmovementofthewheel.• Checkthebrakefunctionoperatescorrectly.• Checkifalltheboltandnutsaretightenedfirmly• Ensureyourhandsareclearfromthereleasehandlewhileliftingandlowering.

4. OPERATION1. Verifythattheproduct,loadandapplicationarecompatible.2. ALWAYSbrakethelifttableviathebrakeleverontherightsideswivelcastor.3. Centreandsecuretheloadonthetablesurface.4. Thehydraulicscissorlifttabletopisraisedbypumpingthefootlever.

Note: you may need to occasionally purge any air in the hydraulic system bypumpingupanddown3-5timeswiththereleaseleversqueezedopentoreleaseairfromthehydraulicpump.

5. Tolowerthehydraulicscissorlifttabletop,pullthereleaseleverfully.Thisallowsthetabletolowerinaslow,controllablemanner.

6. CAUTIONALWAYSensurecastorwheelbrakesareengagedpriortoloadingandunloading.

5. MAINTENANCEInspecttheproductfordamage,wear,brokenormissingpartsandthatallcomponentsfunctionbeforeeachuse.Removefromserviceimmediatelyifdamagedinany1. Periodicallycheckthetightnessofthemountingbolts.2. Removealldirtorcorrosionwithacleancloth.3. Checkthemovementandwearofwheels.4. Inspectforhydraulicoilleakageandaddoilasneeded.5. Lubricatethewheelstomaintainsmoothrolling.6. Lubricateeachfrictionpointmonthlywithmulti-purposegrease.
