I love food, so I truly enjoyed my time in the kitchen, but my passion was always out front with the guests. I now apply the same principles to everything I do, especially when it comes to my clients. Like most people in this business, I too have a Type A personality, and have learned how to channel the need to see things through to a successful end into every aspect of my business. “People” have always been, and will always be the most integral part of any service industry business. A little about me,…………

I specialized in the guest experience when I was still in the food business. I love food, so I truly enjoyed my time in the kitchen, but my passion was always out front with the guests. I now apply the same principles to everything I do, especially when it comes to my clients. Like most people in this business, I too have a Type A personality, and have learned how to channel the need to see things through to a successful end

into every aspect of my business.

“People” have always been, and will always be the most integral part of any service industry business. Each and every individual person is uniquely different and every day brings a new challenge. I love being able to work closely with each of my clients and being able to see their progress as we move forward. There is

nothing quite like the effect a successful campaign has on both the business and it’s owner.

When I do have free time I love to read and I’m a movie buff. My years in the food biz made me a foodie and while I love to check out new chefs and restaurants, I love to cook even more and I do it a lot on the

weekends, normally enough to feed a football team. I’m an oxymoron in human form…….I refuse to stress out over every little thing, but I’m a bit “nuts” as my friends like to say. “Buying TV for car dealerships is very different from buying radio. We don’t get to work together as much as we did a few years back, but if Noel wasn’t at Channel 4 we wouldn’t have changed our plans at all in 2012 or this coming year. As bad as that sounds, selling cars is in my blood, literally, but I spent my career in IT before dad asked me to run this. It takes a while to figure out what you’re doing and the last thing you want to worry about is a “Grand Opening” or even just regular commercials! One of the guys on my sales team suggested I call Noel and I was glad that I did. She helped me to understand what all the numbers meant that sales reps threw at me daily, put together all of our co-op ads on WBUZ/WPRT, helped me w/ the co-op stuff- it was Looney tunes and then put on the best event we’ve ever had at a Wilson County Motors dealership. People still talk about it! We had a restaurant from in town grilling burgers and dogs to order., cheerleaders from all the Wilson County Middle/High Schools grabbing attention at the road.. We had bouncy houses, the Fire/Rescue Dept, the Police Dept, even a limo service to take kids for free rides. When we originally sat down and I told her what I wanted to accomplish that day, she outlined what we could do and what, while I might have been determined, wasn’t feasible on a day like that. She made sure I knew what to expect every step of the way and totally exceeded my expectations! Having worked with other dealerships in the past she understood the importance of our potential customers actually opening the “new” car doors and sitting behind the wheel. We knew test drives would be difficult, but the math don’t lie. 2 out of every 5 people that sit in the drivers seat will purchase that or a similar vehicle. My father, WP Bone, who has been in the car business since before I was born, was impressed with how she did it. By doing a scavenger hunt for a FREE Cruise and hiding the clues throughout the specific cars I wanted to push, almost everyone in attendance got behind the wheel at least once. We sold a ton of cars that day and made a huge splash in Lebanon! No, it’s not hard to create a buzz in a small town like Lebanon, but the Wilson County Motors brand has been in Wilson Co. so long that we had to go big, or no one would pay attention. She understood that before I even said it. I suggest, no matter what you’re trying to achieve, if you need to advertise, get people in the door, to buy tickets, etc.) call Noel and it’s as good as done. She will listen to see what you really need, whether you realize it yet or not!” Paine Bone, GM/Partner – Wilson County Motors – Hyundai, Chevy, Doge, Jeep - Client since 2007 “Some people are just good people and you know it right off the bat. I have owned a few businesses, in my time, but these restaurants are my favorite so far, and I have learned – the hard way – that you have to advertise to stay in business. We have done pretty well so far, but I have told folks over and over again that we’ve been busier in the last few months than we’ve been since we opened a little over a year ago. I’ll tell ya right now that Noel Jordan is the reason we’re so busy. I have always let my agency handle my stuff in the past, but I get to be hands on with all of my Channel 4 commercials cause I trust Noel explicitly and I while she helps me understand TV, she is not afraid to tell me what will work and what won’t. She manages to take my ideas and turn them into commercials and I promise, it’s like she’s reading my mind! Some of the programs she gets me into are great and as a local business, I never thought I could afford The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade or the good shows! The prime shows during the week, incredible. I would tell any business owner out there, if you want to get the most out of your advertising money and you want to make a lot of money, call Noel and she’ll take care of ya.”Billy Raynor, Owner – Farmer’s Family Restaurant Murfreesboro, TN & Columbia, TN- Client since 2012

What my clients have to say about my commitment.

Experience ~- Spending years on both sides of the Marketing/Advertising decision helps me to understand your needs and goals more than most “sales reps”. It’s not really their fault, but you can’t truly understand the value of that “marketing” line on a P&L, or what a bottom line truly means, unless or until the amount of $$$$$$$ you take home, is directly affected by the numbers you come up with after all the bills are paid.
