GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Photos are ready for col lect ion or del ivery approximately 4 - 6 weeks after wedding date.The photo book compilat ion process begins once the USB of images have been del ivered. Please al low for another 4 - 6 weeks for book design, print ing, binding & courier.Shanna Jones Photography wil l cover al l courier costs within South Afr ica, or alternatively, albums can be col lected from : 401 de Oude Schuur, 120 Bree Street, Cape Town, South Afr ica.We do not include highly special ized retouching of images, over and above the general edit ing process, which is commensurate to portfol io reputation.Al l wedding related travel costs from Cape Town central such as taxis, car hire and f l ights where ap- pl icable, wi l l be an addit ional cost and wil l be charged to the cl ient under travel disbursements after the wedding. This includes travel for location recce as well as travel on the day of the wedding. Shanna Jones Photography wil l charge R5.90 / km for al l wedding related car travel.

Al l f l ights for destination weddings wil l be booked by Shanna Jones Photography through Brit ish Air- ways as a frequent f lyer member and invoiced out after the wedding.Where necessary, accommodation for two days wil l need to be covered by the cl ient for destination weddings and weddings outside of Cape Town { venues more than approx 200km out of Cape Town. }

Capturing the wedding includes pre-ceremony photos of the bride, the ceremony and post-ceremony celebration.Addit ional hours can be requested. { please see individual packages & “optional extras” page for costs thereof }.

Shanna cannot be held responsible for the affect of bad weather condit ions on usual standard of pho- tography.A f i f ty percent deposit wi l l be required to serve as confirmation of a booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.This contract wi l l be considered binding and legal, upon deposit receipt, regardless of whether the con- tract has been signed and/or received by Shanna Jones Photography cc.The remaining balance due is payable 2 weeks before date of wedding.Regrettably, post-production wil l not proceed & no images wil l be del ivered unti l al l invoices have been sett led in ful l . Al l invoices are payable upon invoice receipt.

In the unl ikely event of the whole or part of this contract not being fulf i l led by the photographer a propor- t ionate refund wil l be applicable. The appropriate travel costs and deposits paid wil l also be refunded.

Cancellat ion of our agreement by the cl ient must be submitted in writ ing. In addit ion to the forfeiture of the deposit payable, the fol lowing charges wil l be due and payable.- 90 days prior to the function: 50% of the outstanding amount- 60 days prior to the function: 80% of the outstanding amount- 30 days prior to the function: 100% of the outstanding amount

Shanna Jones Photography owns the copyright to al l the images and can, with prior consent from the cl ient, be used for publ icat ion or for PR purposes ( unless otherwise agreed upon in writ ing ).No images may be used by the cl ient for any media or publ icat ion purposes, or any form of on-l ine or print advert ising without prior consent from Shanna Jones Photography.

Please consider photography when choosing the t ime for your ceremony as l ight is essential to com- mensurate with portfol io reputation.

Please provide a seat for the photographer at your wedding. This is to ensure nothing is missed in terms of capturing the dinner and reception.
