2.0Rejuvenators for hot mixesTo renew the chemical and physical structure of aged bitumen in RAP (Recycled Asphalt Pavement). Reduces the stiffness of new surfaces produced with addition of “Milled Material”.

For use in all hot mixes where different quantities of RAP are used and in “in SITU” pavement hot recycling technologies. Improves adhesion between aggregates and bitumen,lowering viscosity and restoring the aromatic components lost when bitumen ages.

1.0 Anti stripping agentsTo modify the chemical structure of bitumen.

For use in all hot mixes; improves adhesion between aggregates and bitumen by creating an unbreakable chemical link. Increases compaction and lowers production and paving temperatures. Mixes can be transported greater distances.

2.1Rejuvenators for cold recycling To renew the chemical and physical structure of aged bitumen in RAP (Recycled Asphalt Pavement). To improve the bonding capability of bitumen emulsions.

Used for “in SITU” paving cold recycling technologies. Improves adhesion between aggregates and bitumen emulsions, as well as increasing wettability and thus the workability of RAP mixtures.

8.0 Colourings for urban designFor modifying the aesthetic appearance of road pavement.

Used for manufacturing coloured asphalt pavement, both whole mixes (light red), and on surfaces (any colour).

8.1 Clear binders

Special resins have been developed to replace traditional bituminous binders, in order to produce pavement in different colours, which can range from natural soil tones and the more common bright red, to vivid new colours such as yellow, green and light blue. These resins allow the production of a new type of coloured pavement, with the same mechanical characteristics of the traditional bituminous mixes. Suitable to pave squares, historical sites, pathways on archaeological sites, environmentally sensitive areas, bicycle tracks, private driveways, parking lots, etc

ITERLOW T - Additive for warm mixes Very simple innovative technology which permits production temperatures to be reduced from 160°C (320°F) to 120°C (248°F) and laying temperatures to be reduced from 140/150°C (284/302°F) to 80/90°C (176/194°F). This is possible thanks to the use of a special additive dosed directly into the bitumen. It is not required any modifi cation to the hot mix plant.

ITERTIO2 - Antismog surface treatment Innovative technology which allows through a simply surface treatment applicable to any kind of road surface, decreases of NOx and VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) pollution emissions by 30%-50% using the principle of photocatalytic action activated from titanium dioxide.

WINTERPAV ECO/S - Anti-ice additive Revolutionary additive, to be added during the production of the hot mixes, allows a 5°- 8°C reduction in the temperature of ice formation on road surface.

ITERSORB - Deodorizing additive for bitumenThis new additive (1 kg for each 6.000 kg of bitumen) eliminates completely the characteristic smell of bitumen. It is particularly indicated for: bitumen mix plants located near houses; laying of bituminous mixes in urban areas tunnels or in shopping malls.
