    Dads Mac-N-Cheese 16-fresh, black truffles from oregon, sweet onions, combined with parmesan, aged cheddar, and gruyere de comte cheeses, tossed with penne pasta.

    Mini Seared Beef Tenderloin Tips 16-seared kansas-raised beef tenderloin finished with a pan sauce of dry sherry, served on a bed of parmesan-asparagus risotto.
