o)ernments "olicy is to ha)e the recurrent e0"enses% inclu!ing

electricity charges an! general maintenance costs% borne by

market tenants/ -he recurrent e0"enses incurre! by the "ro)ision

o$ air(con!itioning system will generally be borne by tenants "ro

rata% base! on the $loor area o$ their res"ecti)e stalls/ For

)acant stalls% the rele)ant costs will be borne by the

o)ernment/ -his cost sharing metho! is consistent with that
