Effects on MoodSeemed to feel more focused which caused me to have a feeling of accomplishment, which ultimately put me in a better moodMy peers may have thought I was in a bad mood because of how quiet and concentrated I was on daily tasksOn a scale 1-10 regarding my mood and 10 being in the best mood I averaged at a 5 in one month

Effects on Physical Activity

I had trouble sleeping the first week so to correct this I implemented a daily, evening workout to help exert myself
