Assessment

LeeAnne completed her sections in work plans some issues pending responses fromsponsors. Transition memo provided 12/2. She continues to update this memo as items arecompleted or added.

Amy Work plans and CAs in all projects complete pending responses from sponsors. Antwerpdeadline for submitting documents extended to 12/9. Cannot complete FA and Exhibit E until wehave financials.

Delegations Beavercreek awaiting LPS to respond to request for information. Writing letter to

sponsor on Tuesday in response to LPSs objection to providing required information. Daulton responded to LPS letter discussing our document submission requirements,

waiting on LPS documents.

Johnny Appleseed Museum in assessment, no issues.

Tony Work plans and FAs and Exhibit Es in all projects complete pending responses fromsponsors. Need further discussions about NURFCI (scheduled for Tuesday).Marietta notresponding to emails or phone calls. Marietta and NURFC are missing significant documents sowork plans, FAs and Exhibit Es are complete as possible.

Barbara Reviews complete for Cozad, Salem, and Irene. Delegation tracking sheet movedfrom Excel to Sharepoint today. Will get link to KF next week. Will complete other reviewsMonday or earlier.

May Legal Agreements All signed except Western Reserve and Hale (MOU with guaranty). TC and BW

discussed guaranty with them today. See below under Miscellaneous section for details.

certification language with guarantor

Warren County TC and JB had a conference call today with Vicki Tappy to discussproject costs. Resolved issues but sponsor owes copies of checks and updatedsummary sheet.

Oxford JB talked to Carol on 12/3. CoO needed to pay final invoice. Wescott not responding to request for pictures to show exhibits are complete. BW will

get pictures 12/11 if they have not responded. Miami Twp will move to invoice pending review status. Legal agreements signed 12/3. ArtsinStark need legal agreements signed and final inspection report. JB spoke with

Rob Barret on 12/4 about final inspection. He said he will send asap. Cuy. Soldiers JB met with Neil Evans today. CoO outstanding. Open without CoO and

final fire inspection. JB to discuss with KF Monday morning. Need you to let us knowwhen since you are booked all day Monday.

Great Lakes need updated summary sheet. JB discussed with sponsor 12/3 and theyare sending it.

Starr House Need updated summary sheet. JB spoke with Bill Bird on 12/2 and he issending it.

After a phone conference with Western Reserve, they will submit their financial package, whichwe will review and discuss with KF. They are requesting that we consider dropping the guarantyor replace the guaranty with another type of credit enhancements if the guaranty cannot bedropped. We agreed only to look at their financials and discuss results with you.

TC met with Oxford to discuss potential placement on May agenda. Discussed process andnecessary documentation with them. No issues at this time.
