Build Specification
Chassis - Isuzu D-Max 2.5d or Toyota Hilux 3.0d Auto/Manual available in LHD or RHD.
Drive - 4x4 wheel drive (Single rear wheels)
Gross vehicle Weight = 3500KG (Uprated from 3200KG)
Suspension – Uprated independant suspension(Air on rear)
Cab – 2/4 Man crew, Single Cab, Extra Cab, Double Cab.
Stowage for 2 x BA sets – optional.
Body – Polypropylene construction with fully intergrated water and foam tanks, side and
rear lockers with lockable roller shutter doors, low level lockers with drop down doors.
Pump – Hale HPX 75 B18 single stage pump

Hose Reel - Collins Youldon Electric wind back, carrying 40m of 22 or 55m of 19mm hose.
Water tank available in 270/700L capacity.
Delivery – Water/Foam hand line delivery.
Pump control system – Bespoke rear mounted panel.Pump on/off stop/start. Choke.Oil pressure. Hour metre.
Pump gauge panel – bespoke rear mounted panel. Compound & flow gauge. Water &
pump fuel level gauges.
Battery – 100 Amp Gel Battery.
Emergency Response lighting – LED Blue repeaters Front, fend off & rear. Roof mounted
light bar, LED rear reds.
Additional lighting – LED scene, spot & internal locker strip lights.
RSG CVS Light control unit – Cab mounted multifunction controller for lighting/siren/PA
operation.
Radio & Ariel – Wiring provided for customer supplied units.
Paintwork – Standard = Silver with other colour options available.
Optional Extra's – Emergency reflective battenberg or side stripping/ wording/chevrons.
