mulia, perlu dilakukan perlindungan serta untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan

anak dengan memberikan jaminan pemenuhan hak-haknya serta adanyaperlakuan tanpa diskriminasi.

Accordingly, it is essential that protection be afforded to children and that

Pasal 1

Dalam UU ini yang dimaksud dengan:

a. Anak adalah seseorang yang belum berusia 18 (delapan belas) tahun, termasuk

anak yang masih dalam kandungan.

Article 1

The following definition shall apply in this Law:a. A Child shall mean a person under eighteen (18) years of age, including the

unborn.
