How to implement Drones in IntralogisticsWorkshop Chair:Bejamin Federmann, doks. Innovation GmbH, Germany
Date and venue:June 26, 2018Amsterdam, The Netherlands
Time: 10:00 – 17:00
CONTENTDrones are part of the global automation of mobility, data management processes and Industry 4.0. In Intralogistics they can support stocktaking, manage empties with the help of aerial data and are able to deliver urgent parts within minutes. However, the integration of drone workflows in daily business represents a challenge for companies. Who shall be assigned with this task? The capabilities of drones and suitable sensors are constantly enhanced. Every new development means new challenges and way more chances to exploit potential. In this workshop, the major goal is to learn more about the integration of drone based solutions (hard- and software) in intralogistics. The workshop will start with a broad overview of existing system technology and software solutions as well as the commercial benefits of drone for logistics and monitoring. In specific, you will learn how to reduce costs and save time, meet the increasing demand for real-time information as well as the need for maximum transparency to optimize processes by implementing InventAIRy®. InventAIRy® transforms (scan) data into visualized information, creating the digital twin of your warehouse.
