Routing Protocol: Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) is supported as a standard routing protocol. IPv6: Comcast is the recognized leader in IPv6 deployments; our network has been fully enabled for IPv6 since 2014. BGP Community Strings: Supported for Transit service only. IP Allocation: Customers have their own ASN and utilize their own public routing space. Comcast does not provide IP space allocations for customers. Interconnect: Customers provide their own cross- connect to Comcast demarcation point. ADDITIONAL FEATURES (ICB) VLAN Support: Comcast may allow customers to establish unique logical VLAN sub-interfaces for the purposes of running multiple BGP sessions over the same physical interface. Static Routing: Static routing in lieu of BGP may be supported. Edge Delivery via Regional Interconnect: A list of Regional Interconnect locations can be obtained from your Comcast Technology Solutions Account Executive.
