Are there Association Fees?Yes, Rock Creek has a Property Owner’s Association. Members are billed semi-annually at a rate of $625.00 per (1) lot owned with multi-lot discounts. Fees cover the extensive maintenance of the resort including golf course, swimming pool, road work, entry landscape, full-time security and much more.

If I purchase a home site, how quickly must I begin building?There is no time limit to build. You can build when you’re ready – now or at a later date. As a member, you will still have full, year-round access to all amenities.

Is there a list of approved home builders?There is a list of approved home builders, but you may use any home builder approved by the Architectural Control Committee. They also review permit applications and plans for any proposed home, structure, pool, fence, retaining wall or detached building that may be built. We’re happy to provide you with a list of vendors.

What utilities are available to my home site?Rock Creek offers central water, sewer, electrical and land-line telephone service.

Do you offer financing?Yes, we offer in-house financing with no additional fees or closing costs, and competitive rates.

What types of Membership do you offer?A variety of real estate and club membership opportunities are available. Club membership is fully transferable and includes use of all amenities.

Membership Types• Initiation Fee: $15,000 (included with lot purchase)• Full Membership: $175/month; unlimited golf rounds per month• Limited Membership: $100/month; six complimentary golf rounds per month• Limited Social Membership: $100/month; $50 monthly food and beverage credit.• Premium Social Membership: $175/month; $100 monthly food and beverage credit.

Members also receive a membership to the Jack Nicklaus International Golf Club. This allows owners to play, for a green fee, about 100 completely private Nicklaus golf courses across the country.
