Work within, and adjacent to, the Highway. Appropriate traffic management for all work carried out within or adjacent to the live highway. 2. Deep excavations and work in confined spaces during the installation and modification of drainage systems. 3. Existing utility diversions will be required. Some utility routes are of strategic network importance 4. Mitigate impact damage and undemining of structures/foundation(eg Network Rail structures). 5. The Contractor will be responsible for managing all earthworks operations(inclusive access/egress/level variations/removal of obstructions plus potential for contam & ordnance). 6.Tree felling to be undertaken by suitably qualified tree surgeon. 7. Deep excavations and the use of appropriate trench shoring. 8. Work within and adjacent the river channels. 9. The 1800mm TW sewer is understood to be generally at 3/4 bore. 10. The Contractor shall be aware of the high volume of vehicular and pedestrian movement within the site. MAINTENANCE / CLEANING: 1.
