The Florida Society of Health‐System Pharmacists (FSHP) is the professional associa on of pharmacy 

prac oners  that promote and  support  the  con nual  improvement of pharmaceu cal  care and  the 

profession of pharmacy as an essen al component for the delivery of health care. 

A state affiliate of  the American Society of Health‐System Pharmacists  (ASHP), FSHP was  founded  in 

1947 to support those in the pharmacy profession all around Florida. That means we have a history of 

serving Florida pharmacists for almost 70 years!

The 2020 FSHP Annual Mee ng will be our 54th Annual Mee ng. The 

mee ng has grown to over 1,000 a endees in recent years and we 

are con nually expanding and refining. Our programming a racts key 

decision makers year‐in‐and‐year‐out.

Coffee Sta on ($4,000 to sponsor a complimentary coffee sta on, separate from scheduled mee ng breaks, for a endees. Sta on will include your company logo and Sponsorship will be men oned in the mee ng program) 

Breakfast or Lunch Sponsorship ($6,000 to sponsor a breakfast or lunch symposium for up to 100 mee ng     a endees) 

Mee ng Break Sponsorship ($5,000, provides beverages for 500 plus a endees during a scheduled break,      includes company signage and  recogni on in the program) 

R E Date: Saturday, August 8, 2020   Time: 3:00 – 5:15 PM Procedure: Representa ves  are  asked  to  arrive  at  2:45  PM. Representa ves will  be  seated  at  numbered  tables around the perimeter of the room.  The event will begin at 3:00 PM. Directors will move from one table to the next, consecu vely. Timing at each  table will be up  to 4 minutes  (depending on  the  total number of Directors) with a   couple of seconds allo ed for switching.  Directors will switch when TIME is called. There will be beverages set‐up in the room, all par cipants will take a break as needed.   NOTE: Companies may request to have an addi onal table for $1,600, space is limited.

L R Exhibitors  have  the  opportunity  to  purchase  lead  retrieval  access  via  the  FSHP  Annual Mee ng  app.    The  lead         retrieval service affords exhibitors the opportunity to collect a endee contact informa on by a simple scan of their badge.   You  can purchase  this  service during  registra on or prior  to  the mee ng.   The  Lead Retrieval  system  is     connected  to  the Mobile App  that you will be given access  to, a er purchase. You will have  the ability  to assign ‘booth staff’ that can download and u lize the Lead Retrieval System. A er the mee ng you will be able to export your data into an Excel spreadsheet. NOTE: All staff is asked to test the product prior to the mee ng as some company email addresses block access and an alternate email address may be required.
