There is no doubt about it. The kitchen is the true headquarters of the Danish company, SkagenFood. This is where the house chef, Jacob Andersen, invents, creates and tries out the delicious recipes for the meal subscription boxes which the company delivers to homes and families throughout Denmark.

The kitchen also forms a creative setting for Jacob Andersen’s social media videos for foodies, and his cooking - and his beautiful kitchen - travel online to far away places. Consequently, nothing was left to chance, when the kitchen was designed and decorated.

The chef chose the RAIS wood-burning stove Viva L in the color nickel to create a cozy and homey atmosphere in the kitchen. The nickel colored stove came to define the rest of the kitchen, as the kitchen cabinet doors were painted in the exact same shade.
