Arvest Bank was recognized by Forbes magazine

as one of the “World’s Best Banks” in 2019.

MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT & CEO

Welcome to Arvest Bank’s fourth Corporate Citizenship Report. As I’ve mentioned

in this space before, it’s an enjoyable exercise to look back at some of the ways

we as a company and as individual associates have tried to improve all of the

communities where we live, work and play. That’s because, in addition to providing

the products and services that best fit our customers’ needs, we truly believe in

being committed to the communities we serve.

Whether it’s through volunteer efforts, the donation of resources, annual campaigns

like our Million Meals initiative, etc., we want to be here for you. It’s also fun to see

how new initiatives come to life and take hold. Our “We Love Teachers” campaign,

for instance, started as a truly grassroots effort in Oklahoma and has now grown

to honor educators throughout our four-state footprint. We also took big steps last

year to improve our diversity and inclusion programs, a move that came out of our

desire to mirror the communities that we serve.

My hope is that as you flip through these pages, not only will our efforts and impact

become clearer to you, but also that our spirit will shine through… Because as much

as we focus every day on living our mission statement – People helping people find

financial solutions for life – we try equally as hard to be a good community partner.

And that’s the kind of exercise that never gets old.

Kevin Sabin, Arvest Bank president & CEO
