Key points

1、Time arrangements

All application for buyer badge will be closed at September 30, 2019

All buyer must sign in online before, CIIE2019 does not accept on-site registration for buyers.

2、Differentiation of CIIE2019 compares to the first CIIE

• The buyers who are invited by exhibitors shall fill in the Invitation Code for Cooperation Organizations xxxxxxx and there is no

need for actively contact with Trade Group. The system will allocate the buyers to correspondent Trade Group in line with its

registration address (No need for overseas buyers to fill in the above Invitation Code).

• The information for the buyers of first CIIE can be imported automatically. Press the button of “I am the buyer of first CIIE”, and

enter the registration system following the tips.

• Express delivery for buyer badge is available this year (only limited to Mainland China).

• The cost for badge requires online payment and we offer invoice online. Buyers can make the payment and ask for invoice in the

registration system.

Differentiation between Domestic and Overseas Buyer

• The badge for Domestic Buyer costs 100yuan for single-day badge (only feasible in November 9th, 10th) and 200yuan for

all-pass one. No limitation concerning quantity.

• The badge for overseas buyer (not belonging to any Trade Group, with no need to fill in Invitation Code; once an

invitation code is filled in, the badge will charge) is free.

• The criteria for differentiate domestic/overseas buyer is the registration address of his/her Company not the nationality

of the buyer.

• Taking Company A as an example, if you apply for buyer account in the name of an overseas branch of Company A, then you

shall be a overseas buyer. If you apply for the badge with its Chinese company (Shanghai company, for example), then you shall

be a domestic buyer.

• A Chinese mainland resident can be an overseas buyer.

• The badge for overseas buyer is free, but the review time of such badge is later than those of domestic buyers. The badge will

be issued at the end of October. Please evaluate the cost of travel expenses of CIIE attendances if they fail to get the overseas

buyer badge due to the late reviewing arrangement.

Registration at the official website（www.ciie.org）“Buyer”— ”Registration”;

After registration, you can refer to related information and add personnel information at “Buyer”— “Sign in”.

STEP1 Choose“Region of the Unit-Chinese Mainland”, after you choose the right Group Visitor Type, you can start with

“New user registration”.

And those who attended CIIE before can click “I’m a registered buyer of the first CIIE”.

The first CIIE buyer can enter the system via this link, and all the information you submitted last year remain

which require minor correction if needed.

The buyer of the First CIIE can fill

in the invitation code of Trade

For those new buyers, you can

choose “No invitation code”, this

channel is newly added in this CIIE.

After entering in via “New user registration”, please fill in the 18 digits unified social credit code.

STEP 2 Registration with Unified social credit code and Invitation Code

Steps-Domestic Enterprises Buyer

• Entering the verification page via clicking “I’m a registered buyer of the first CIIE”

• Two ways of verification (login password, SMS verification code), once being confirmed successfully, you can enter the pre-

registration page and improve your information according to guidance. (If you fail to verify your account for the first CIIE, re-

registration as a new buyer is needed.)

STEP 3 Verification of the first CIIE buyer account

After signing in, you will see a picture of steps flow, you can enter the correspondent page via clicking the right texts.

STEP 4 Sign in

STEP 5 Confirm information and submit

Double check and confirm the information concerning your unit, purchase intention and personnel.

Click “submission for review" after confirmation, the information cannot be modified after successful submission.

STEP 6 Fill in invitation code• The Invitation Code for buyers invited by exhibitors is xxxxxxx (please contact the exhibitor who invites you) ( which shall be fill

in the blank of the Invitation Code for Cooperation Organizations)

• If a buyer fill in the invitation code for cooperation organizations, he/she cannot be a buyer invited by the Trade Group, which means the MoU he/she signed during CIIE2019 cannot be included in the volume of transaction. If a buyer has a task in regard to volume of transaction allocated by the Trade Group, he/she must choose to fill in the invitation code of the Trade Group.

STEP 7 Fill in personnel information and make payment

• Once passing the review, the designated contact person will receive a message notice, and related unit can log in the system to choose

the personnel applying for the badge and make payment.

• Click “submit for badge making” and make the payment online.

• The following procedures are: submit the order make payment completion of payment check the details in personnel badge

orders

STEP 8 Badge issuance• Buyer can choose express delivery online. And the address must be valid within 6 months and is limited to Chinese mainland.

• No express fee for buyers.

• Click “New user registration” and entering your

email address (Email for registration). Then

click “Next”.

• Click the link attached in the email send by

auto@sinoexpo.cc to set your login password.
