This is Alex on a day trip to Meadow Run in Ohiopyle State Park, PA. Alex enjoys fishing locally on Oak Orchard River, 18 Mile Creek, and Cattaraugus Creek. He is a member of the Lake Erie Chapter IFFF and has attended the Bill Canfield Fly Fishing Camp for the past 2 years. Alex has completed all Orvis fly tying classes and all on-stream clinics. He is a young man who loves to share his lifelong passion of fly fishing with people who are open minded and willing to try something new!

Jeff Skelding has served as Executive Director for Friends of the Upper Delaware River since 2013. Prior to his arrival in Hancock, NY, he directed the Great Lakes Restoration Campaign for the National Wildlife Federation for eight years and has worked with non-profit conservation organization his entire career. His favorite fishing adventures include chasing Permit in Belize, mousing for big Rainbow trout in Alaska, and floating the Missouri in Montana. But it’s the ancient Appalachians that pull most at his fishing heartstrings from northern New Hampshire to the Great Smoky Mountains and his beloved Delaware River will always be home.

I guided in Montana, Alaska and Wyoming from 1994 that in 2012. I have fished across the US and Canada, South and Central America and Europe. I worked for Simms Fishing Products before joining Costa in 2014. My wining has be published in numerous fly publications and newspapers over the years. I fished the One Fly in Wyoming a couple of times and placed second (1st in bonefish) at the Sugarloaf showdown last year.
In the past year I am most proud of the relief work my team at Costa did days after the Hurricane in Florida as well as the ongoing work helping guides and lodges finding alternatives to single use plastics in their operations.
