Through these voices the book explores the role of story and folktale in all of our lives. Vivian Wagner lives in New Concord, Ohio, where she teaches English at Muskingum University. He used these questions as a way of looking inside his life, the lives of the askers, and the world around him. Ace Boggess is author of the novel "A Song Without a Melody" and three previous books of poetry: "Ultra Deep Field," "The Prisoners," and "The Beautiful Girl Whose Wish Was Not Fulfilled." His writing has appeared in Harvard Review, Mid-American Review, RATTLE, River Styx, North Dakota Quarterly and many other journals. He lives in Charleston, West Virginia.

Unsolicited Press is a huge supporter of independent bookstores and small retailers who rely on

discounted books to keep their doors open. Due to this, we offer a range of terms determined by

bookstore status.

Independent Bookstores We offer books at 50-percent to independent bookstores.

Larger Bookstores and Bookstore Chains For brick-and-mortar bookstores such as Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, etc, we offer books at 40-

percent.

Online Retailers Online retailers are offered a 30-percent discount.

Return Policy

Unsolicited Press is a small press that works hard to support authors. And we support bookstores

and institutions too, but we do not support indefinite return policies. It is unreasonable to allow

retailers to purchase titles, for us to then pay an author on that sale, and then have to revoke the

royalty because the retailer was unable to sell the title. The bookstore is the point-of-sale for

books, and that burden should not be placed on the shoulders of authors. We also understand

that the bookstore market is lean right now, so we are willing to consider terms on an individual

basis.

Direct-from-Publisher Terms

Books in their original condition (unmarked, not damaged) may be returned for a full refund (net

of shipping costs) within 14 days of shipment receipt date.

The product must be shipped via traceable means with the original packing slip or invoice

enclosed. We cannot issue refunds and, will return product, for items returned to us more than

14 days after shipment date. If the invoice or packing slip is not enclosed with your return, we

will have no obligation to refund or return the product. Please refer to the return address on your

packing slip to determine where to return your purchase.

Distributor Terms

Our listings are available through Ingram. All books purchased through the distributor are not

returnable. We have received far too many books returned in terrible condition to consider this
