Locker Rooms

Presenter
Presentation Notes
Trench Drain Receptors are a great solution for large shower areas to keep water from invading other areas of your locker room. We produce receptors and shower walls from our BioPrism Solid Surface material which is antimicrobial and non-porous to inhibit the growth of mold and mildew. Because there’s no grout, like there is with traditional tile, locker rooms stay clean with minimal maintenance.
Page 16: Stadiums Presentation.PDF

Restrooms

Presenter
Presentation Notes
We also use BioPrism Solid Surface for toilet stalls and privacy partitions. Not only does the material keep restrooms clean, but the partitions are graffiti resistant as well. Graffiti can be easily buffed off of the surface unlike other materials used in restrooms. Our Solid Surface Privacy Partitions are comprised of 1” thick reinforced wood core for excellent structural strength.

Signs

Presenter
Presentation Notes
Wayfinding is important in any large building. We have signs that help people find there way – whether it be room signs, regulatory signs, directory signs or otherwise. Create a custom design to coordinate with your interior and we’ll build signs that last.

Expansion Joint Systems

Facility Protection Compression Seals Fire Barriers

Expansion Joint Systems

Presenter
Presentation Notes
Jointmaster protects buildings against the elements of nature to provide a safe environment for people. Whether it be seismic movement, wind shear, moisture or fire we have systems, seals, fire barriers and more to provide the movement protection that your building requires.
Page 24: Stadiums Presentation.PDF

Expansion Joint Systems

Presenter
Presentation Notes
Structures open to the elements have a specific set of needs that differ from other building types. Our products are engineered with those needs in mind whether it be for architectural buildings or open air structures like stadiums and parking garages.
Page 25: Stadiums Presentation.PDF

Durability

Presenter
Presentation Notes
In terms of durability, our products are built with longevity in mind so you don’t have to worry about problems like this happening on your project. The products pictured were designed by our competition and have become torn, deformed and loose in a short period of time. Our expansion joint systems are designed to handle a high volume of large vehicular loads and are built with low maintenance and endurance in mind.
Page 26: Stadiums Presentation.PDF

Engineering

Presenter
Presentation Notes
Expansion joint cover designs have remained relatively unchanged for decades. We studied their shortcomings to provide some of the most cost effective, heavy duty systems on the market. From using our tapered frame to evenly distribute weight for durability, to shallower frames that avoid rebar and cables, to sound dampening seals that cut down noise – we have engineered the next evolution in design.
Page 27: Stadiums Presentation.PDF

Aesthetics

Presenter
Presentation Notes
We know the way your building looks impacts the perception of your business. On the left, note our product’s crisp, linear look even in a very wide application. Compare this to the pictures on the right of our competition. With an ever increasing emphasis on aesthetic value, which product would you choose?

Sustainability

Presenter
Presentation Notes
As always, sustainability is a major consideration for JointMaster. Not only is all of the metal in our expansion joint systems made from recycled aluminum, but our speed guards and tire stops are made from shredded tires. Each product diverts between 1-5 tires from the landfill. - Our Santoprene seals are now Greenguard Gold certified, I have attached an email I put together on this topic which should provide many great presentational points. *This certification is huge as I am not aware any of our competition that can boast this and should be a main speaking point. Santoprene is a synthetic rubber that is highly durable and stable in a wide range of extreme weather conditions. It has a long lifecycle and is most commonly utilized in the Automotive Industry due to these traits. Santoprene is heat weldable so all seams/ transitions/ joints can be made 100% watertight to further protect building components.  JointMaster has largely discontinued the use of Neoprene synthetic rubber from our line as the manufacturing and disposal/recycling aspects of this material are very unfavorable from an environmental standpoint. It is currently listed on the EPA Red List.

Lives are on the Line

Presenter
Presentation Notes
According to FEMA in 2012 there were 92,800 nonresidential building fires in the United States. Those fires cost almost $2.5 billion dollars and resulted in 1,450 injuries. 65 people lost their lives as a result. That caused us to ask ourselves, what can we do better within our Product Line-up to help prevent the devastation caused by fires? Are there more reliable products we should be utilizing? How can we ensure consistent, proper joint protection without inspecting every inch? One of the reasons fires spread so quickly through buildings is because there is no or insufficient protection in the expansion joints. This causes fires to travel between walls and floors. It also allows for the spread of deadly, toxic fumes throughout the building.

Fireline 520

Presenter
Presentation Notes
Inpro’s commitment to protecting buildings and the people who use them led us to the acquisition of a company that helps us to better protect the safety of people, one of our Core Principles. We have partnered with Fireline 520, a company that has tested and manufactured improved fire barriers for building expansion joints for several years. The patented blanket designs utilize factory, preassembled connections to ensure consistent, tight transitions occur on each and every install. Let’s discuss further how this was achieved.

Presentation Notes
The Citrus Bowl project was a fast track project and JointMaster worked closely with the contractor, architect and installer to complete the stadium before game day. From start to finish, the project was completed in only 10 months.

Lucas Oil Stadium – Indianapolis, IN

Presenter
Presentation Notes
At Lucas Oil Stadium, JointMaster provided heavy duty floor joint cover system 767 along with our fire rated barrier. We have since been back to inspect the project and review the joints with Tom Boyle, Director of Operations, and he stated “our system in one of the few things they’ve had zero trouble with. The joint systems take a lot of traffic and have performed beautifully.”
