Village Green Fair got its start as a white elephant sale in 1965 and is now the largest
fundraiser of the Collegiate School Parents’ Association.
Our amazing and dedicated parent volunteers work together throughout the year to
support our school community. All of the funds that are raised by the Parents’ Association are
donated to Collegiate to help enrich the lives of our students. We appreciate everything you
do to support our school and to make VGF a success! THANK YOU!
This packet provides all the information you need to know about the Fair’s
traditions - from lunch and shopping at Friday Frolic, to our Fun Run and Cake Walk,
rides, games and sweet treats! We also encourage you to check out the website to
place orders and join the fun!

Follow the fun!
SUNDAY, APRIL 10 4:00PM - 9:00PMHead to Stony Point on April 10 from 4-9 p.m. Shop and save at Vineyard Vines where you will save 10% and the store will donate 10% to VGF. Then head over to Chipotle to grab dinner, and when you mention Collegiate 50% of the proceeds will be donated to the school. Mark your calendars, April 10 is a FUN way to give back to Collegiate at Stony Point.
FRIDAY, APRIL 15NEW THIS YEAR AT FRIDAY FROLIC! There’s no need to pre-order a boxed lunch this year. Food trucks will be at Friday Frolic... Try some tasty options as you check out the vendors at Shops on the Green. Enjoy musical performances by Lower School students from JK to 4th Grade!

to your student by April 14. Orders will be delivered to your student’s classroom (LS) or
locker (MS, US). You may also purchase at the Collegiate bookstore and during the fair

Shirts come in Youth: Small, Medium, Large; and Adult: Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, XX-Large. All shirts are $20. Disclaimer: Please note that due to the nature of the tie-dye process, your garments will be similar but not identical to pictured shirts.

prime parking spot for the entire day (4/16) and come and go as you please.

CHICKEN PARMIGIANA Fresh chicken breast lightly breaded and layered with Marinara sauce and baked with mozzarella and parmigiano cheeses. $23
LASAGNA Pasta sheets layered with fresh meat sauce and cheeses. $23

We welcome donations to the Cougar Market! We would love your Barbies, American Girl Accessories, pre-school riding toys, sporting equipment, bikes and books for all ages. We also need children’s clothing - Navy blazers and Cougar Wear fly off our racks! 100% of our proceeds go directly to our students, faculty and staff.

Punch Cards instead of paper tickets! Use punches to enjoy rides and games on Fair Day, April 16th.
New this year! Punch card orders placed by April 8 will be available for pickup during Friday Frolic as well as fair day starting at 8:30a.m at the Will Call area of the central ticket booth.
One Punch Card equals 20 tickets. Pre-ordered Punch Cards are sold at a discounted price of $10 per card. (They will be $12 the day of the Fair.)
To order multiple Punch Cards, increase the quantities in your cart.

Bake saleBake Sale has been a part of VGF since 1968 with hundreds of Collegiate families contributing thousands of cookies and cakes over the years. This is one of the most popular and successful booths at the fair, and last year we ran out of goodies. We need your help!
• We are asking that ALL Parents contribute to the Village Green Fair Bake Sale. For inspiration, check out the Stuffed Cougar. All baked goods will be accepted.
• Please group smaller items in 4’s or 6’s, and label all packages so they are ready to sell.
• Label items containing no gluten, no peanuts, and no tree nuts.
