THE PURPOSE OF THE COMPETITION AND AWARDS IS TO RECOGNIZE THE QUALITY AND PRESENTATION OF

STUDENT RESEARCH, AND TO PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE A LONG-TERM INTEREST IN OSTEOPATHIC RESEARCH.

ALL POSTERS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE EXHIBIT HALL BY 1:00 P.M. MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2016.

POSTER SET-UP STARTS AT 11 AM ON SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2016.

THE EXHIBIT HALL CLOSES ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 19 AT 2:00 P.M. COLLECT YOUR POSTERS BY THAT TIME

TO AVOID THEIR DISPOSAL. THE AOA DOES NOT HAVE STAFF OR RESOURCES TO STORE POSTERS, TUBES, OR

OTHER BELONGINGS IN THE POSTER AREA.

THE STUDENT POSTER AWARDS CEREMONY WILL BE HELD DURING THE RESEARCH RECEPTION.

THE RESEARCH RECEPTION WILL BE HELD ON SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2016 FROM 6:00 –

7:00 P.M.

PA WILL OPEN IN MARCH 2017, WITH A SUBMISSION DEADLINE MAY 15,

2017. THERE WILL NO SUMMER SUBMISSIONS. SUBMISSION
