conservation in ancient ways but with newest technologies. Field lecture by Branko Orbanić,

11:00 – 13:00 Visit to the ethnological traditional building („kažun“). Field Lecture by

For the trainees we recommend Hotel Poreč (http://www.hotelporec.com/en/) and Hostel
Alma in the Old Town (http://www.hostel-alma.com.hr/) or many private lodgings in the Old
Town and its vicinity.
Keep in mind that Poreč is a touristic town and even in September it is full of tourists so we
recommend that you book the accommodation as soon as you can.

Trip information. How to arrive to Poreč?
From Zagreb Franjo Tuđman Airport:
By car: From Zagreb Franjo Tuđman Airport: start from the Main terminal and
turn right on the second traffic light. Follow the green traffic signs for E65/A1
highway for Karlovac/Rijeka/Split. Take the highway and follow
Karlovac/Rijeka. After cca 80 kilometres, on the Bosiljevo junction, follow the
Pula/Rijeka signs and continue towards Pula (E751). On the Kanfanar junction,
turn for Umag/Poreč and continue until the exit for Poreč.
By bus: You can take the bus from the Main bus station in Zagreb. For the
