Since 2007 Maritime-river agency "Agent Plus" successfully operates in the �eld of organizing all forms of cargo transport, logistics and port agency.

AGENT PLUS holds a leading position in Southeast Europe in overseas container transport, Chartering shipping, port agency services on the Danube and other inland waterways, along with a quality service in truck, air freight, LCL transportation, freight forwarding and warehousing of goods, while providing complete logistical services.

Through a regional network of enterprises and branches, AGENT PLUS represents the interests of many reputable international companies in the �eld of transport and logistics. Modern approach in solving transportation and logistics challenges is based on the consolidated offer of transport services through the all-in-one concept, as well as through customized personal services by dedicating individual modes of transport of goods.

With the combination of different modes of cargo transport, AGENT PLUS enables delivery of all types of cargo on a "door to door" basis from any point of the world. This minimizes transport costs and provides optimal logistic solutions, and timely delivery.

In accordance with the customers needs, full service container transport may include a transport insurance and customs clearance as well as phyto, sanitary and radiological examinations in transit and other supporting services.

STARAGENT PLUS is a part of AGENT PLUS GROUP specially designed as an agent of the world's largest container shipping company Maersk Line for the Serbian market. In order to bring the cooperation to the highest level and at the same time offer a level of independence, AGENT PLUS GROUP formed STARAGENT PLUS that is fully committed to the needs of Maersk Line.

As a con�rmed reliable and professional partner, Maersk line nominated STARAGENT PLUS to offer agency services to two of its shipping companies:

Safmarine shipping company that specializes in the transport of goods on routes between Africa, the Middle East, India and the Adriatic Sea

Seago Line that develops Intra Europe service, which connects Europe, the Black Sea, the Mediterranean, Russia, the Baltic region and the Adriatic Sea

AGENT PLUS organizes transport for LCL shipments (LCL) from the Far East with its own direct service called LCL Balkan Express, which covers the markets of Southeast Europe, providing greater security of goods, competition and constant monitoring. For other destinations, in line with the customer needs, the most cost-effective services for the desired region are used.

AGENT PLUS organizes truck transport of goods and LCL shipments from all over Europe to cities and industrial centers in the region of Southeast Europe.

Through the airport in Zagreb, Belgrade, Podgorica, Nis, Skopje and Ljubljana, in cooperation with a specialized network of agents around the world, AGENTPLUS organizes transport and delivery of air shipments to all destinations in the world.

Railway cargo transportation is carried out to all directions in Europe, by block trains, groups of wagons and individual wagons.

AGENT PLUS has at disposal its own vessels for river transport, with excellent sailing and technical characteristics. Furthermore, AGENT PLUS can, per clients request, hire vessels for the transport of bulk, liquid, general and oversized cargo on inland waterways.

The quality of the vessels and their cargo space, professional and experienced crew on board, own agency services offered in a number of ports on the Danube and Sava rivers and in Constanta, as well as constant monitoring of the goods and vessels, ensue reliable and secure transport.

Good organization of own cargo capacities and presence in transshipment seaports enable the realization of successful and competitive river-sea transport of cargo.

Chartering is one of the main activities / core businesses in AGENT PLUS, which connects the customer needs to transport goods and shipping companies that offer river and sea transport.

With a network of branches across the Danube and companies in Bar, Rijeka and Constanta, AGENT PLUS offers its clients complete chartering service, including transshipment in ports, transport and monitoring of cargo, as well as mediation in 'time charter' contracts, goods in transit insurance and mediation in vessel insurance. The advantage of AGENT PLUS re�ects through knowledge of all the markets on the Danube, ports in the ARA region (Antwerp, Rotterdam and Amsterdam) and Constanta, as well as the Conventions on international river transport.

CONSULTING AND INSURANCE OF GOODS IN TRANSIT

Consulting in the �eld of transport of goods and logistics is a part of the standard AGENT PLUS offer. By considering the needs and capabilities of clients, we search for the optimal solutions that enable rationalization of time – resources expenditure. Consulting services include expert advices and choice of the optimal forms of transport routes, participation in negotiations with the ship cargo booking, as well as a selection of the most effective methods of customs and foreign trade.

AGENT PLUS recommends insurance of goods in transit from all risks and offers very favorable premium for All Risk insurance to its clients.

AGENT PLUS has achieved its recognition in the region by possessing an insurance policy of freight forwarding liability, which provides additional security to business partners of AGENT PLUS.

Rounded process of organizing the transport of goods includes storage of goods and services in their own or rented customs and commercial warehouses. Offered logistics services also include classi�cation and transport of goods.

AGENT PLUS has its own customs and commercial warehouse area of 4000 m2, in Zemun, near all strategic directions of movement of goods in the region. The warehouse is equipped for rack, pallet and storage in the open air, and the carriage, distribution and dispatch logistics.

Customs Brokerage business unit provides brokerage services for import and export customs clearance, performs re-export operations, temporary export and import of goods, import / export letter of credit, insurance, active and passive processing of goods, control of goods at border crossings, as well as the necessary documents.

Business Networks AGENT PLUS Rijeka, Bar and Constanta perform shipment of goods and transit document preparation for the transport of goods in the hinterland, and at border crossing points on the Danube and the Sava necessary forwarding services for vessels and goods are performed.

Port agency of cargo and passenger ships on rivers provides services to ships in all ports and border crossing points on the Danube from Mohács and Bezdan, across Bogojevo, Backa Palanka, Novi Sad, Belgrade, Pancevo, Smederevo, Veliko Gradiste to Constanta and Sremska Mitrovica and Sabac on the Sava.

Port agency incorporates acting as agents for the reception and support for vessels and crews, coordination with tour operators, provision of navigational information, technical and administrative conditions, modes of navigation, organizing various control, water supply and other services necessary for vessel and crew members.

TechniCAL SERVICIng of vessels includes the preparation of vessels for loading, monitoring of transfer operations, surveillance vessels and the use of official AGENT PLUS vessels.

The reliability and quality of services at Port Agency are con�rmed by long-standing agreements with the largest river shipping companies, which puts AGENT PLUS as a leader in agency services for vessels on the Danube and Sava.

Agency services for sea vessels are performed through AGENT PLUS offices in Constanta and Bar.
