Hercules Plastics is an Australian owned and operated company based in Sydney

and Port Macquarie NSW. Specialising in plastic engineering for research,

development, design, manufacture, supply, installation and service.

Custom Made Tanks Hercules Plastics can help you design specialised tanks with the latest Rita3 software

(Rochling integrated tank building assistant, Germany standard DVS2205). We works under the DVS 2205 standards and have contacts with German companies to help design your tanks. We manufacturers and supply a wide range of plastic tanks, chemical storage containers and secondary containment, in a variety of shapes and sizes to suit a vast number of areas and applications.

We use sheet butt welders for the sheet joins and hand / extrusion / socket welders to weld the remainder of the tank and fittings.

Wet Scrubbers Hercules Plastics has been manufacturing and installing scrubber systems for a wide

range of applications to remove acid fumes, toxic gases and alkali fumes for

Laboratories and Industrial Plants for odour control and air pollution.

making cost effective ducting and fittings for chemical resistant ducting in

a large range of materials, PVC, PE, HDPE and PC and happy to try any

other plastics.

Working with CNC Routers that have the plate and sheet program we can quickly draw the lobster back bends, cones, square to rounds, branch pieces and

many other items more quickly.

Hercules Plastics can assist you with what material, size and thickness you will require. We have standard sizes for material thickness. However, if you’re installing a filter, scrubber or anything that reduces the air flow the duct will accommodate that.

PVC/ poly ducting can be made in a number of different ways round,

square, rectangle & oval in any size.

We have contacts for extruded pipe but it is only available in standard

sizes.

PVC rolled round ducting is available in standard sizes or any size you

require.

Air PVC & Poly Bends

Hercules Plastics manufactures a large and varied range of bends in PVC,

PE, HDPE & PC.

We can supply injection mould bends that we order in from overseas.

We only manufacture bends when they are ordered so we can change

the size, thickness of material, angles, number of segments, lengths and

belled ends.

A bend radius should be half the diameter of the pipe and the 5 segments

as seen in the photo below to let the air flow smoothly around.

Hercules Plastics has the equipment and the technical tradesman to build the

largest sized square to round.

With some of them over 4m in diameter Hercules Plastics is the best company to

build to your needs. With most joints being butt welded where we can the straight is

outstanding.

PVC & Poly Silencers

We have been building silencers to reduce noise since 1995. As every job is

different we are always striving to better development silencers to improve

the reduction of noise in laboratories.

They can be fitted to existing ducting runs.

They can be made round or square and any size.

These units are made from PVC / PP fully welded units.

Splitters, rockwool or fibreglass can be used as sound absorbing infill and is

held in by perforated sheet with different hole sizes from the same plastic.

PVC & Poly Extraction Hood

Hercules Plastics specialises in the manufacturing of many configurations of

exhaust hoods. We can help you build your own special fume hood and work

out the best air flow you will need for that application. We have helped to

build them for large galvanised tanks 6 metres long, chrome tanks, chemical

laboratories and many more.

Door Sliders , Non-Return Dampers &

Air Grilles

Hercules Plastics first started building door sliders after working a fume

cupboard job in a metal free lab .

The air balancing contractors were trying to balance the rooms, as some

had higher pressure than others room so they needed to bleed off a bit

more into other rooms. When they approached us with the idea we were

more then happy to give it a go.

Now we build them with filters, hepa filters, carbon, non-return dampers,

grills and any thing you want.

PVC Solvent Cement with primer is great

up to 150 diameter ducting where the

fumes aren't corrosive.

Secondary Containment

Hercules Plastics has been build specialised secondary containment

bunds, piping, covers and trays for many years.

With our site team we can build your containment system on site to ensure

a perfect fit or to get it into the right area.

around the pipe holding the chemical and where the valves ,pumps and

service spots are we build boxes with clear lids.

Hercules Plastics has been installing equipment and extraction systems

since 1997.

Working on some of the largest jobs in NSW and ACT. We also assist other

companies in QLD, VIC and SA. We are more happy to work anywhere in

Australia or overseas.
