A customised document capture process was created which incorporates biometrically-enhanced security measures to support document authentication and assure a legally binding loan agreement.

Personal loan cases are scanned, sorted, via attached metadata and stored within the Alfresco One repository.

Loan process implementedwithin Alfresco utilising a set of workflows.

• Interoperability with external systems

– e.g.1 Orchestration a council using SalesForce for the citizen relationship info and Activiti for Adult Social Care processes such as Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS).

– e.g.2 where Activiti executes its steps, hands-off to another technology for an outcome and completes the process in Activiti.
